About Hackwithinfy

Hackwithinfy is an coding contest which happens every year for engineering students to test their industry readiness by Infosys.The program mainly focuses to test the problem solving and critical thinking approach of the participants.Students all over India compete in this program and the top 100 participants are given rewards and goodies from Infosys. 

This year Hackwithinfy 2021 is back for students of 2022 pass out.

 

Prizes

            Winner : INR 2,00,000
            First Runner Up : INR 1,00,000
            Second Runner Up : INR 50,000

Apart from this prizes Infosys offers Pre-Placement Interview to many students who have performed good in the Hackwithinfy Contest.

As Infytq 2021 is over students have to prepare for Hackwithinfy 2021.In this post I will discuss how to prepare and register for Hackwithinfy 2021.

 

Eligibility

Course: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech students

Year of Passing: 2022

 

Rounds

HackWithInfy will be conducted in two rounds:

• Round 1: May 5, 7, and 9, 2021,An online individual participation round on Infosys Assessment Platform.
  
• Final round (virtual Grand Finale): July 2 – July 5, 2021,The 48-hour Hackathon among teams and the Grand Finale
   

The top 100 team from Round 1 will be selected for Final Round

Round 1 and Final Round will both have Problems related to Data Structures and Algorithms.In Round 1 there will be 3 problems which has to solved in 3 Hrs.First question will be of Easy difficulty,second will be Medium and the third would be Hard.

• Hackwithinfy will redirect to new Page Infytq Onwing span
• Create your account here using your Gmail id
• Enter all the required fields like Name,Address,State.
  
• After creating account sign in using your gmail id
• After Sign In your dashboard will be there
• On the top left Select Programs ->Hackwithinfy
• On the Hackwithinfy page register for the exam by selecting appropriate slot according to your convenience.
  

 

How to prepare for Hackwithinfy

Unlike the Infosys certification exam,Hackwithinfy consists of only data structure and algorithms problems.Some of the most important topics for exam are:

•     Arrays
•     String
•     Stack
•     Queue
•     Map and Set related questions
•     Dynamic Programming
•     Greedy Problems
